“Scotland Yard has released a warning to the citizens of London. In the dark alleys of London, several murders have been reported. During the first weeks of the attacks, all of the victims were labeled as people of low class, and thus, the panic level amongst the populous had been kept to a minimum. Lately, though, the class of the victims has slowly been rising. The first victims where simple workers and bakers, but the more recent victims have ranked as high as lawyers and doctors. It is suspected that the social ranks of the victims will continue to rise, meaning; sooner than later, Counts, Dukes, Marquis and other nobles will be targeted.

This murderer is commonly known by the people of London by the name of ‘ Picasso,’ because of the way he leaves his victims in total deformity. Extreme caution should be used with this criminal.

It is by the will of Her Majesty that we advise everyone to stay in their safety of their home.

Mass murders have been occurring throughout London. The killer has been simply dubbed as ' Picasso'. The fame of this murderer quickly spread like wild fire throughout the masses. Several copycat killers have begun to practice ' Picasso's' methods. But like with all copycats, the possibility for error increases and it is not long before the individuals are caught and incarcerated.

But due to the increasing number of copycats, the true killer continues to evade the London police. And so, this killer still remains at large.

But, as with the humans, this individual's actions have not gone unnoticed. Mainly by angels, demons or Shinigami. The true murders are just too perfect for a mere human to carry out.

And so, the question is this, are you a human, looking for fame by either copying the methods of this killer or do you wish to move up in the ranks by bringing an end to the madness? Or are you a holy angel, sent by the almighty creator, to investigate and, possibly, put an end to this as well?

Or do you lay on the other side of the coin, being either demon or Shinigami? Are you attracted to the mass amount of souls that continue to flow around the area, not wanting such a pleasant meal to go to waste? Or are you among the ranks of Shinigami? Having to keep the air of London free of rotting souls while observing the carnage left behind? Both from ' Picasso' and the humans who attempt to follow this murderer.
